Throughout the hire period, we’ll keep your sunbed performing at its best with ongoing servicing and maintenance. Where included in your agreement, we’ll also replace tanning lamps when they reach the end of their service life, helping to minimise downtime and ensure a consistently high-quality tanning experience for your customers.
Every hired sunbed is supplied with a complimentary token box and starter tokens, allowing you to begin operating straight away. We typically configure the machine to run for a set number of minutes per token, although you’re free to charge your customers by the token, by the minute, or include tanning sessions within your own membership or pricing packages.
If you prefer a centralised timer system, we can also install and configure a T-Max control system as an optional upgrade.
What Is Included With a Sunbed Hire Agreement?
Our commercial sunbed hire agreements are typically based on a 12-month rental term, giving you an affordable and predictable way to offer professional tanning services without a large upfront investment.
To keep your equipment operating safely and delivering the best tanning results, we include complimentary lamp replacements when they reach their recommended service life (typically around 600 operating hours, depending on the equipment and agreement). This helps ensure your customers continue to receive consistent tanning performance throughout your hire period.
If you decide you’d rather own the equipment, you don’t have to wait until the end of your agreement. Simply speak to our team, and we’ll discuss the option of purchasing your hired sunbed at any stage during your rental contract.

Weekly Hire Rates
Stand-Up Sunbeds – from £50 + VAT per week
Lay-Down Sunbeds – from £55 + VAT per week
Hire charges are invoiced monthly. A refundable security deposit and the first month’s rental are payable before installation.
Delivery & Installation
Professional delivery and installation are available from £380 + VAT. Installation costs may vary depending on your location and site requirements.
