Shipping Policy

  We pay shipping charges in advance. You are not required to pay any additional shipping charges at the time of delivery. The shipping charges you pay are for the transport of your products from our warehouse to your curb.
  The freight company is not required to take the products off the truck nor to move the products to your desired location.
  • The freight company will contact you before they deliver your products. Please plan ahead to arrange means of getting the products off the truck and to your desired location. 
  • Most of our products require from 2 to 4 individuals present at delivery time to get the products off the truck and to move it to your desired location.
  • Our commercial trucking company offers lift gate service at no additional charge.  However, it is your responsibility to have individuals present to move the product to your desired location. 
  All orders must be checked for accuracy and damage before signing the freight bill. Note any discrepancies and/or damage on the freight bill at the time of delivery for any damage reimbursement. The customer accepts sole responsibility for damages not noted on the freight bill or bill of lading at the time of delivery. Magnum Sun is not responsible for shipping damage.
  The carrier, commercial trucking companies, are liable for damage or loss in transit. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier who handled the delivery of your shipment. Refused orders returned to us are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Delivery fees, both ways, are non-refundable.
  Please read and carefully follow all manufacturers’ directions for use, application, and/or assembly. Tanfastique assumes no liability for the use or misuse of any product, item, or information found in our online store or on our website.
